Race Vouchers
A Race Voucher or entry form is your means of registering for a race. It is also the source of information for correct race file placement and assures proper seeding for J-I, II and senior racers. It is important to have vouchers completed accurately and in a timely manner. The following information should help you in accomplishing your responsibilities for registration and, in turn, help the Race Secretary to successfully complete the tasks necessary to set up the races.
Racers are expected to send in ALL vouchers (one for each race) at the beginning of the season. Please check the Schedule section of the site for all race dates. Any voucher and accompanying entry fee not sent at the beginning of the season must be received by the race secretary at least 7 days before race day. Use the page of vouchers appearing at the end of this handbook or in the membership packet to make the necessary copies. Fill in all parts of each voucher. The vouchers are filed by race date and are used for double-checking information in setting up each race. Completed forms should be clipped apart, and mailed with one check for all entry fees. All fees paid for races not entered will be refunded at the completion of the race season.
The entry fee is $30 per race. Checks for entry fees must be made payable to "WPRC". Send all race vouchers
