October 15 is the deadline to renew USSS licenses for returning racers, officials, and coaches.  USSS charges a late fee after this date to all returning members.

Remember that all WPRC athletes should get a COMPETITOR license.

NOTE: New members can join at anytime and do not incur a late fee.
