The racer registration fee includes a meal ticket for the Saturday Athlete Banquet.
Additional tickets for family or friends are purchased as an Add-On Item in AdminSkiRacing.com.
ADDITIONAL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE – TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR!
Saturday (5:00 p.m.): Athlete Banquet
Location: Grand Ballroom
There will be a banquet including a buffet dinner in the Grand Ballroom in the main lodge located above the bowling alley. Doors open at 4:30 pm and dinner starts at 5:00 pm. Athletes must be in attendance to receive their door prize. Dinner menu includes:
- Assorted salad table
- Fresh vegetable trays
- Assorted rolls, breadsticks, and garlic wedges
- Grilled chicken parmesan
- Penne pasta (gluten free)
- Italian meatballs in sauce
- Cheese ravioli
- Green beans
- Assorted fruit pies, mousses, cookies, and brownies
- Non-alcoholic beverages
2024 Price: $35.00 per person (adult or child)
Sunday (3:30 p.m.): Award Ceremony / State Team Selection
Location: Grand Ballroom
Awards will include:
- Discipline and Overall State Champions:
- PARA U14 SL Champions (1st – 8th places)
- PARA U14 GS Champions (1st – 8th places)
- PARA Overall State Champions
- PARA U14 State Selections:
- PARA U14 State Team (10 female / 10 male)
- U14 Eastern Championships
- U14 Eastern Finals
There will be a brief meeting of all those selected for the teams and alternates immediately following the awards ceremony. Please come prepared to give a FIRM decision on whether or not you will attend postseason events.
Additional Information:
Western Pennsylvania Race Club (WPRC) is a successfully run ski program based at Seven Springs. The club has been in operation since 1962. WPRC promotes the development of youth athletics through alpine ski racing.
