Groups
Training groups will be kept as small as possible.
Age groups will break into as many subgroups as deemed feasible by the coaching staff. For the older kids, each subgroup should have 1 coach. For some U10 subgroups, there may be the need for subgroups to have 2 coaches.
Coaches will attempt to maintain the same subgroups as much as possible throughout a day and / or weekend. Due to fluctuations in attendance, groups may need to be adjusted.
Tracking
Coaches will be tracking which athletes go with each coach for every training session. This will facilitate tracing efforts should someone in the group test positive for COVID-19. By tracking the groups within each age group, this will help limit the number of people that could potentially be identified as "close contacts."

Western Pennsylvania Race Club (WPRC) is a successfully run ski program based at Seven Springs. The club has been in operation since 1962. WPRC promotes the development of youth athletics through alpine ski racing.
