All coaches must register for the race on AdminSkiRacing.com with their name, USSS #, email, and phone.

For each race there will be 2 Team Captains meetings.  A virtual meeting on an evening prior to the competition (typically 2 days prior for Saturday events), and an in-person meeting the morning of the event.

Virtual Meeting:

• Location = Google Meets (see AdminSkiRacing.com for link)
• Agenda items:
  • Standard Team Captain Meeting agenda items that can be covered remotely
  • Review COVID-19 specific guidelines

In-person Meeting:

• Location = In front of the WPRC gate shack at the base of Avalanche Slope
• Agenda items:
  • Sign in
  • Role call
  • Verification of concussions
  • Verification of health checks
  • Day of race updates
  • Team bib and lift pass distribution
