Meeting Guidelines:

1. When possible, meetings should be done virtually
2. When done in person, social distancing of 6 feet should be maintained, and everyone must wear masks
3. Must adhere to state and local guidelines for group gathering sizes
4. If 2 and 3 cannot be maintained, then we should not conduct the meeting / gathering
5. USSS has prohibited in-person awards ceremonies.

Due to these guidelines, all WPRC Social Gatherings, including awards banquets, will be not occur this season.  The table to the right details how the typical WPRC meeting and gatherings will occur this ski season.
