Session Times
In order to reduce congestion and the size of groups congregating at the start of each session, age groups will have staggered start times for both morning and afternoon training. Lunch time will be extended from the normal one hour break to at least an hour and a half. The following table and graph detail the start times for each age group.
In order to prevent overlap of age groups, athletes should not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to their session time. Groups will try to leave on time, so please do not be late.

Meeting Locations
Not only will we space out when age groups meet, but we will also space the groups out around the WPRC Training Center. Each age group will have a designated meeting area just in case multiple age groups overlap in their departures. The assigned meeting locations are as follows:
- U10 - WPRC Training Center - Tyrol side
- U12 - WPRC Training Center - Avalanche side
- U14 - Snowmaker across from Ski Patrol building
- U16 - Finish line - Avalanche
- U19 - Gate Shack
If snow conditions do not allow for meeting at these locations, a message will be sent out to the membership with alternate meeting locations.
Parents
In an effort to reduce the number of people congregating at the start of practice, we would appreciate if only one parent could accompany a child to drop-off. Once a coach is supervising the kids, we kindly ask parents to leave the group area.

Western Pennsylvania Race Club (WPRC) is a successfully run ski program based at Seven Springs. The club has been in operation since 1962. WPRC promotes the development of youth athletics through alpine ski racing.
